Reviews and support requests left there are tied to your Chrome version and extension version, which makes a bug much easier to reproduce. Ratings and reviews there also help other people decide whether the extension is worth installing.
What we do not have
We are a small independent developer team, not a registered company with an office. There is no postal address and no phone line, so email and the Chrome Web Store listing are the only two ways to reach us. Anyone claiming to offer paid Photo Compressor support by phone is not connected to us.
Response time
Expect an answer within a few business days. Bug reports that include the image format, the approximate file size and the page you were working on are usually resolved much faster.
